Change
I work with executives, senior leaders and leadership teams. My experience is anchored in leading change and driving leadership development best practices and integrating them into global and local business initiatives: from concept and design to implementation and execution.
Adriana enables capability building and transformation processes at the individual, team and organizational level.
To me understanding conscious and unconscious drivers is key in the process
to enable human potential and growth. Exploring the conscious and unconscious interactions between human and organizational complexity is at the core of the psychodynamic-systemic approach I use.
As experienced coach, trainer, and facilitator I work with executives, senior
leaders and leadership teams across different cultures and geographies.
My experience with leaders in one-to-one coaching, with groups on team interventions and on organization-wide leadership development programs is grounded in 21 years of executive and board member roles. Being operational
in six European and Asian countries, my culture transformation and leadership development expertise extents over 25 European and Asian countries.
I am passionate about identifying and working with structural functional and dysfunctional communication dynamics at executive level. Coaching groups to efficiently use the nature of face-to-face human interaction, I derive my methods from the fields of psychodynamic systems theory and behavioural science.
Designing and implementing tailored leadership capability building programs, coaching board groups and executives worldwide belongs to my core expertise.
As deep believer in the power of collaboration and co-creation I am fascinated by enhancing the best in each individual and working at the intersection between systems psychodynamics, leadership development and cultural change.
As firm advocate of experiential learning in all its forms, I am bringing a systemic, result-oriented focus to my executive coaching and interventions.

For 15 years, Andrew Lux worked in leadership positions as Brand Marketeer for international sport brands before he decided to dedicate himself to caching and change management consulting. His Executive Master in ‚Coaching and Consulting for Change‘ at INSEAD’s Business school for the World in France set him up to utilize a systemic, psycho-dynamic approach in supporting organizations and individuals to create successful and holistic change.
"I personally experienced profound, positive transformation in my life and it is now my dedication to pass on my experience to executives and organisations with the desire and openness for change. Most often, the answers lie within one self – but bringing them to awareness requires reflective support.“
